Christchurch Education was founded by English Teacher and Writer, Kate Lindsay.
Kate has experience of working with many students in a variety of settings, and believes that knowing and celebrating students' strengths, understanding them as individuals, incorporating their personal talents, appreciating their anxieties and giving them choice best places educators to support their learning in English.

We work with young people in a variety of settings who are struggling to meet their potential. supporting them to identify ways to move forward and succeed in English language and literature. We work closely with the student to develop a bespoke "learning journey" and help them realise ways in which they might reach their chosen goals.
We have expertise in GCSE, SEND and SEMH.
We provide unique online and face to face skills courses. These have been researched with impeccable attention to detail and masterfully created for young people entering work or training. The focus is on impressing via communication, presenting an exceptional CV, developing compelling interview technique and our courses deliver a masterclass in literary and language skills and techniques.
We welcome the opportunity to work with students from the age of 11 to 18 and offer an inspiring approach to English education that fosters a life-long love of learning and a spirit of ambition and kindness.

WHO DO WE WORK WITH?
At Christchurch Education Ltd, we are delighted by the diversity of our collaborations. We work with parents, carers, local councils, mainstreams schools, private entities, charities and social justice initiatives.
When we begin working with a new student or group of students, an initial consultation with both the student and the parent/educator helps to establish a clear picture of their individual requirements. From this consultation, a character profile and bespoke learning journey is carefully planned. This will highlight opportunities for growth, areas for development and identify where the student currently is and exactly how Christchurch Education can support them to make progress and meet their goals.
Whether your child has experienced set-backs as a result of Covid, needs some extra support in English or aspires to reach the very highest grades, we can help.
We are dedicated to the provision of post 16 education and enterprise and love nothing more than working with the unique requirements of young people at this age. Our creative approach and long standing professional ethos regarding pastoral support situates us well to work with this cohort. Our consultancy designed for young people aged 16+ who are going into the workplace, entering training, applying for university or who were unable to meet their potential in school will benefit from the support and focus we offer on communication and literary skills, building emotional resilience and nurturing the whole person ready for the next steps. We recognise that post 16 care and education is just as crucial as the Early Years and our courses support students of this age on those next, important steps.
